I am a published author and adjunct psychology professor. My expertise is in teaching various psychology courses such as physiological psychology, general psychology, critical thinking, and writing and presenting research on health communication. My Ph.D. is in psychology with a concentration in health psychology. My favorite research topics are nonverbal communication and the mind-body connection. Specifically, I am passionate about exploring how body language can impact our interactions and how illness and stress can affect the mind and body.
